Dr. Anish Khan is Currently working as Assistant Professor, at Chemistry Department, Centre of Excellence for Advanced Materials Research (CEAMR), Faculty of Science, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Ph.D. Completed from Aligarh Muslim University, India in 2010. He has 13 years research experience of working in the field of organic-inorganic electrically conducting nano-composites and its applications in making chemical sonsor. He complete Postdoctoral from School of Chemical Sciences, University Sains Malaysia (USM) on electroanalytical chemistry for one year. More than 115 research articles have been published in refereed international journals. More than 10 international conferences/ workshop and 45 books published and 70 Book chapters. Around 20 research project completed. Member of American Nano Society, Field of specialization is polymer nanocomposite/cation-exchanger/chemical sensor/micro biosensor/nanotechnology, application of nanomaterials in electroanalytical chemistry, material chemistry, ion-exchange chromatography and electro-analytical chemistry, dealing with the synthesis, characterization (using different analytical techniques) and derivatization of inorganic ion-exchanger by the incorporation of electrically conducting polymers. Preparation and characterization of hybrid nano composite materials and their applications, Polymeric inorganic cation –exchange materials, Electrically conducting polymeric, materials, Composite material use as Sensors, Green chemistry by remediation of pollution, Heavy metal ion-selective membrane electrode, Biosensor on neurotransmitter.

 

Dr. A. Manikandan received his early education B.Sc and M.Sc in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University and M. Phill from University of Madras, India. Also, he has received a degree of bachelor of Education (B.Ed.,) from University of Madras and M.Ed., and M.Phil., in Education from Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry and the thesis entitled “Novel methods of syntheses, structural, morphological and opto-magnetic characterizations of photoelectrochemical nano-catalysts” under the supervision of Dr. S. Arul Antony, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, Presidency College, Chennai – 600 005, Tamilnadu, India. He had received ‘SRF Fellowship’ for the year 2013 from CSIR, New Delhi. His research interest includes the development of magnetically reusable nano-catalyst, modified catalyst for organic pollutant degradation technique (Textile dyes by photo-catalyst) for environmental applications, electrodeposition, catalytic oxidation and reduction process, nano-biomaterials, magnetic nanoparticles, synthesis and characterizations, etc. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor & Head, Department of Chemistry, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai – 600073, India. He is active member in Chemical society of India. He has published 185 articles in various reputed international journals with high impact factor. Also, he has been published 7 review articles and 3 book chapters. His Google Scholar Citations 7027, h-index 54 and i-10 index 134. Twenty six of his research students have obtained their M.Phil., degree and six more are pursuing their research for M.Phil., degree. One of his research students completed Ph.D., degree and six more are pursuing their research for Ph.D., degree

 

Dr. M. Ramesh received M.E degree in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and Bharathiyar University, Tamil Nadu, India respectively. He is the Madras University Rank holder in M.E. He obtained PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering in the field of eco-friendly composite materials from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Andhra Pradesh, India. He has published over 50 research papers in SCI and Scopus indexed Journals, 40 book chapters. He has published two papers in the field of plant fiber based bio-materials in the highest impact factor Journal “Progress in Materials Science” (Impact factor: 31.56) published by Elsevier. His research papers were published by well reputed publishers such as Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Springer, Wiley, SAGE, Emerald Publishing, etc. He has organized number of Faculty development programs, workshops, short-term courses and has attended over 30 courses conducted by other Institutions and Organizations. He has honored with All India best Research award at Doctorate level and best Publication award by Society for Advancement of Human and Nature (SADHNA), Himachal Pradesh, India. Presently, he is working as Professor & Vice-Principal at KIT-Kalaignarkarunanidhi Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India. His research interests include bio-materials, polymer nano-composites, hybrid composites and energy efficient materials. Dr. Imran Khan is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Applied Science and Humanities Section, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University Polytechnic, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh-202002, India. Obtained Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Aligarh Muslim University, India in 2015. Selected for the prestigious National Postdoctoral Fellowship (NPDF) from DST-SERB, India in 2016 and completed one year postdoctoral from the Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities, Jamia Milla Islamia, New Delhi-India. More than 24 research papers, 4 book chapters 1 books published and 1 books in progress in referred international Publishers and more than 12 international conferences/ workshop. The current research interests include magnetic nanoparticles, thin films, polymer composites, graphene composites, nanocomposites, optoelectronic materials, hybrid organic-inorganic composites materials, nanoporous nanostructured materials, etc., sol–gel, hydro–/solvo–thermal, microwave methods etc., thin film preparation through PLD,CVD, sputtering, and spin-dip coatings techniques etc.

 

Prof. Abdullah Mohammed Ahmed Asiri is Professor in Chemistry Department – Faculty of Science -King Abdulaziz University. Ph.D. (1995) From University of Walls College of Cardiff, U.K. on Tribochromic compounds and their applications. More than 1000 Research articles and 20 books published. The chairman of the Chemistry Department, King Abdulaziz University currently and also the director of the center of Excellence for Advanced Materials Research. Director of Education Affair Unit–Deanship of Community services.  Member of Advisory committee for advancing materials, (National Technology Plan, (King Abdul Aziz City of Science and Technology, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). Color chemistry. Synthesis of novel photochromic and thermochromic systems,Synthesis of novel colorants and coloration of textiles and plastics, Molecular Modeling, Applications of organic materials into optics such as OEDS, High performance organic Dyes and pigments. New applications of organic photochromic compounds in new novelty. Organic synthesis of heterocyclic compounds as precursor for dyes. Synthesis of polymers functionalized with organic dyes.
