Abstract. Fiber-reinforced recycled concrete is a type of concrete in which various types of recycled fibers, such as plastic, steel, glass, and carbon, are used. This enhances concrete strength, especially tension, through environmentally compatible materials. In this study, an attempt has been made to identify the trend of research expansion in this field using the bibliometric method. It is declared which areas of this subject have received more attention from researchers, which research gaps exist in this field, or in which areas of this topic less attention has been paid. Biometric measurement is an applied method for visualizing and assessing the growth and popularity of a field of knowledge. 312 papers were extracted from the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The results indicate that research on recycled fiber concrete began with one article in 1994 and has since shown a steady growth trend. Most of the research has been presented in the form of articles. China has taken the lead with 89 articles compared to other countries in examining this field of knowledge. The journal “Construction and Building Materials” has published the most articles in this field. Engineering has been the predominant field of expertise in studying these sciences. 1292 keywords were detected by VOS Viewer software. Lexical analysis in the software revealed the existence of ten research clusters. Most studies focused on investigating the mechanical properties of concrete containing recycled fibers. Additionally, a strong correlation between recycled fibers and recycled aggregates was observed. The relationship between geopolymer concrete, artificial neural networks, and the analysis of molecular structure in recycled fiber-reinforced concretes are new subjects that researchers are leaning toward. In the research conducted in this area, topics such as molecular simulation and artificial intelligence have been less utilized, indicating freshness in analysis using machine learning tools and artificial intelligence. Such research can assist researchers in discerning the latest trends and advancements in this field of study.
