Abstract. CNC routers represent a modern technology that has revolutionized the way prototyping and model making are carried out. CNC routers are particularly useful for creating complex 3D models and ornaments, making them a preferred choice for designers and engineers. The goal in making signs is to create a unique and impressive design with ornaments and reliefs. The task involves selecting a material, designing in CAD software, generating G-code, setting up the CNC router, and completing finishing processes. The solved problem is the automation of the complex manufacturing process, and the methods include combining ornaments and reliefs, which requires attention to detail and precision. The conclusion highlights the advantages of CNC routers for prototyping and model making, emphasizing high precision and process automation.
