Abstract. The problem of decision-making by the intellectual system managing a robotic complex is considered. A key problem is the disparity between the vision of the outer world and current problem specifications. The method of decision by abstracting the appearance of the outer world by objective, criterion functions, constructions of map of distributing of values of criterion functions and decision-making by collation current map of criterion functions with standard appearances, brought in in the base of knowledge on the stage of the teaching of the intellectual system is offered.
