download PDFAbstract. The present research uses a previously published method to reduce the duration to machine cemented carbide forming tools by SEDM. Because of the forming setup a relatively thick sheet metal was used, which is why a forming simulation was conducted beforehand to achieve a valuable design, derived from bipolarplates, to observe wear in the forming experiments.
